Germany
The country is known for beer, sausages, and castles, but Germany has a landscape that inspires nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. The land that straddles two continents has more than two places where you can find adventure. If you love history, Turkey has many places and sites that go back to ancient times. You can visit Cappadocia to see the amazing landscape and what remains of the old Persian Empire.
But if you’re afraid of heights, you can visit the ancient city of Kekova along the old Lycian Trail. But this city is unlike any other; you need a kayak to visit it, as it lies under crystal clear seawater.
But if you want a relaxing night on the beach, you can visit the town near Mt. Olympos, where the beach is famous for the flames that come up called the Chimaera. Sailors and historians have seen these flames, but the size of the fire depends on the atmospheric pressure.
Puerto Rico
But if you want to go on a trip that celebrates nature, why not visit Puerto Rico? The U.S. territory has several places that allow you to experience the marvel of nature. There are many places in the country, but it is most famous for bioluminescent creatures. You can see the bioluminescence of some sea creatures in Laguna Grande and Mosquito Bay.
But if that’s not your thing, you can explore cave ecosystems and go for a bit of spelunking in Cueva Ventana and Cueva del Indio to understand how cave environments work and develop.
